Waterball!by EddyGComment: A really fun photograph here. Can see this scoring high and would be disappointed for you if it didn't. Well done. |

Volleyball vs Basketballby siggiComment: Interesting how you managed to get the shadow of the ball and volleyball player's hand above the netball net. Perfect title. A very thought provoking image. |

soccer formationby MaxxzComment: Is it a board of kinds with crosses drawn on it to mark positions (player formations?), with red and orange reflections in the board? Quite a nice abstract photo - suggestive, almost, of aeroplanes flying in formation on a sunset sky. A creative twist to the challenge. Giving this a 7...and might bump higher after voting rest of photos. |

Chasing the ballby TacoVendorComment: Meets the challenge. There's lots of action and activity and you've managed to keep quite a good focus, considering everyone's moving, I think. The top half of the photo looks a little more cropped than you might have needed to - though I'm not sure. |

Competitionby GabrielComment: I read (above) that this has been validated, not missing and not an error, in which case I'm totally bemused - and amused! You've entitled the photo as 'competition'..hmmm.. even more thought provoking! Which some pieces of 'art' deliberately attempt to be - you've achieved that, certainly. According to the site rules though, I'm supposed to give consideration to the picture meeting the challenge - as there doesn't seem to be a specific image to vote on I decided against scoring a vote. Really looking forward to reading any reason/explanation on this one! lol |

.........WOW! and an amazing save by the American goalkeeperby MarkComment: This must have taken ages to set up? I'm fascinated and hopefully you'll write a bit about how this was done. It looks like you've had to have the photo validated, though I would never have thought it was created outside of the rules, so someone with greater knowledge of photography than myself must have requested it? The image fits the challenge and is very humorous. Well done. |

"Memories of Baseball Past"by tfarrell23Comment: My guess is that this is a photograph of a players shirt against an action photograph of a game of baseball? If so, that's a creative and novel idea for the challenge. Title fits the photo well - it being the subject that it is - and in B&W. Nicely thought out, well done. |

Volleyby hawkidaComment: This appears to have been a difficult photograph to capture - but you've achieved a good shot of the action and everything seems to be in good focus. The legs and feet of the person standing in the background detract slightly from the rest of the image and wonder if they could have been avoided if photo had been taken from another angle. No detriment to the photo meeting the challenge though. |

Competitive Stridesby dhareComment: What a super super photograph! If you have the ability to do any advance editing (which I don't myself) I'd suggest trying to edit it somehow, so as to apply the green of the playing field to the whole background (fence and trees) after voting has finished. Anyway, that said, this photo works really well for the challenge and is a good capture, showing interesting action with the players in sharp focus. Well done. |

"Quidditch Through the Ages"by basia03Comment: This photograph is a refreshing sight inbetween the majority of photos submitted to the challenge. Makes for an interesting shape - contrasted/sillhouted against the cloudless blue sky - almost like an ink blot image on blue paper and very abstract. I would have tried to have the ball with a little more light on it, I guess, so as to make the shape a little less flat looking, though this isn't probably what you wanted to achieve yourself. I think you spent a lot of time and thought in creating the photograph (?) and it is still very thought provoking. Well done. |
