Studebaker Planterby David EyComment: Great, fun, brings a smile to my face. Pity it wasn't a really nice blue sky day then would have IMO been a ribbon shot, with a huge saturation of colours. A little sharpening wouldn't have gone amiss either. Still a 9 in my book - good stuff. |

Rusty nail by the sea...by OrionSComment: i'm sure lots of ppl say the same - DOF not great for me. Would have been a lovely shot with DOF better. Check out hyperfocal measurements. |

King O Lawnby CDSComment: there's something rather fun about this shot, this mower has personality which i think would have been brough out more with a face on shot. |

Time and Elementsby HRoxasComment: not normally my kind of shot, a little too obvious. However a lovely angle, looks abstractly like a flower. Like the DOF too, though would have preferred either both sides to be out of the DOF or both within but a little, saying that i dunno :) |

Cairn of entropyby StaralfurComment: really nice composition, very unusual. I do think though shadows could have been brighter and a bit of sharpening wouldn't have gone amiss. |

Fossilizedby wkoffelComment: Really like this, i love photographs with artistic appeal, this could make a beautiful painting. The green gives it exactly the colour saturation that is appealing against a rusty brown. The DOF in my opinion is spot on, i'm sure ppl will say right bucket should be more in focus, but the emphasis should be on the mosquito. Well done |
