This is actually a very nice shot. Something about the cropping/angle bothers me, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Oh wait....I can almost see it.... Seriously, the angle of the model's eyes, and the cropping of the photo draw the viewers attention away from the beutifully spot colored heart you've presented, and instead make this photo all about the model's nipple, and how you can almost, but not quite, see it.

Probably for obvious reasons, this image seems very sensual/sexual to me. More than I would have expected. If that was your intention, well done.

The first thing that comes to mind here is...well done. The second is...OVER done. Everything is just a little TOO much. I think I would have liked this shot a lot better without the blurred decorative border. Let the objects speak for themselves. They're nicley and dynamically arranged. As a photograph, they already have interesting things to say. The border and the screened back text scream to me..."I'm not just a photographer! I"m also a Graphic Designer!" That's not a bad thing, necessarily, but in this case, it detracts.

Hmm. A tad blurry. The head of the stethoscope appears well used, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but seems to pull away from one of the strengths of this composition, which is the contrast between cold, hard stainless steel, and the frail human skin beneath. Speaking of skin, the lighting on this shot makes the skin look fairly anemic/colorless.

Didn't I see this object already in another shot? Have to say I like this one better. Beyond that, it doesn't do much for me. Although I do like the shape/color of the ripples around the object.
