This is a very nice composition and an effective use of advanced editing rules but perhapos not quite elemental enough since the water has lost its defining qualities and become a bit too abstract perhaps?

Well imagined. I suspect this is some kind of a water sculpture or fountain in an urban setting? It is a fine composition and the effects of light and water are nicely framed. The background street (?) lights, buildings and vegetation are a distraction though. A shallower depth of field would have eliminated these and got you an extra point from my own personal viewpoint or course..!

Very nice observation. Personally I'm scoring strictly natural interpretations of the theme higher but this represents a very basic harnessing of elements in such a way that does not compromise the idea behind the theme. Well shot
