I'm not sure I like the border on this photo but otherwise it is wonderful! I love the vintage look and lookie at that noise! Good for you for not neat-imaging the dickens out of it as the grain really adds to the image. Excellent job! Gave it a 9; bumping to a 10.

This photograph is just beautiful! If it doesn't ribbon, I'll be very surprised. But if for some reason it doesn't (it's been known to happen on DPC) at least you know that you captured a truly compelling image that will bring you satisfaction longer than winning ever could. Kudos!

This was one of my favorite images in the complexity challenge. I gave it a 10! It screams COMPLEX and it sure should have scored higher. But who give a damn about the score, right?! This image rocks and while it might not fit the typical DCP tastes, it's still a winner. Good job!

I'm sorry, I usually try not to comment on a photographer's processing choices as this is obviously the way you wanted it to look. Who am I to tell you that it's wrong. But darn it, this is a really beautiful image and I think the 'too-smooth' effect detracts from the photo. A little grain would make this good image great by adding that extra touch of realisim.
