3D Study in Orangeby kayceeComment: Wonderfully creative, Wonderfully dimensional as well as textural. My single critical observation is that the uneven vertical line of the "dots" on the left side distracts me,. I believe it would be marginally improved if the left line of sight was straight as the right side is dimensional enough to hide the unevenness. ( It looks like the angle does not allow a vertical alignment on both sides. ) Excellent photo. |

Coal made once the world go 'round by Harz_JoergComment: I think this is virtually perfectly composed. The negative space on the left is a well balanced ballast for the subject. Want to know why I say that? Beause if that hand opened up it would fit in the frame in a precisely balanced way. If you planned that you are my total hero. It gives this picture a tremendous power ... um, this might not make sense but it's like a making a noun into a _potential_ verb. Congratulations. |

Unexpected interruptionby litboltiComment: I know you can't help it - Mother Nature is a pretty headstrong old lady - but I find that my eye is drawn to the shafts of light in the left corner. Great idea. Aside from the lighting - excellent composition. |

Orderlyby happimeComment: Good colors and DOF - I had a little trouble finding something to grab my eye - perhaps because of the wedge of white in the left foreground. |

Two more months to go.by Polar7Comment: Very illustrative. Perhaps it might be slightly improved with a 2 degree rotation so the top of the garage door is flush with the frame. Excellent posture on the subject - I really beliueve he's not wanting to shovel. |

A flashy colored lighter reflection!by tolovemoonComment: The composition is very good although I might have left more on the left and right (personal preference). The focus is quite soft - but that might be a function of the camera (lots of cameras will have difficulty in this sort of challenge if they don't have AE lock). Your choice of subject was very good, I think. |
