I like this a lot. The woman is interesting on her own and the somewhat busy background somehow adds to the story behind the image– That is to say this is an image where the background and foreground are both individually strong and, simultaneously, complimentary. Very hard to do on the street. Congrats on the ribbon

Something about this gives me the distinct feeling of a really hot summer day in the city when all you want to do is find somewhere with some AC and sit down. If it weren't the TPL and I were allowed to vote this would be a 10.

Very good. The car passing through both halves of the frame. The crammed yet stagnant center. A very good "divided" image reminiscent of some of Nixter's divided images in a way..
