This is a good shot, but the background and the ground are very distracting and take a lot away from what would have been a superb shot had you had a solid background and surface and a more focused picture.

In all seriousness, I wish the background had been a cleaner white, and the picture a little sharper. The cropping is good, except on the left, where it gets awfully close to the body of the apple (coating!). Still, a refreshing change from the straight apple shots. Nice work :)
