Wow Congratulations of the Posthumous Blue Posthumous Ribbon Scott! I stared at this image a long time, I had a feeling it was on the conceptual target, but I have a long way to go before I actually know stuff.

To me you have a negative title - I think it simplifies and downplays the image. Something like: "The Journey" may have been better.

I so want to give this a better score, but what is it? The title doesn't help me, Almost looks like its shot through a window with a reflection of the curtain at night with a crazy high ISO. The possible sensor blobs hurt too. Sorry.

Seems to me that using the definition of Horizon line as your title, coupled with a very artistic image, that has little visible horizon in it, is a poor combination. I really like the warm earth tones and the look of the image, just not for this challenge. Though I did stare at your image a loong time. 5
