Star trails over Mt. Hood by william88Comment: I really do like this pic. I'm usually more interested in the lengths a photographer goes to get a great shot than the lengths taken editing the photo later. Your's is pretty fabulous in that regard. Congrats on the ribbon! |

The Elegance of Simple Lifeby LydiaComment: I generally find flower photos to be quite boring. But, I like the shadows on this one and find the bottle intriguing. It looks like a flower growing out of an ink bottle. |

Star trails over Mt. Hood by william88Comment: Like many of the "soft water" photos in these Long Exposure contests, start trail photos start to get repetitious and boring. The key is an interesting foreground. Aside from the blurring evergreen (I assume from mountaintop winds), your foreground caught my attention. Interesting pic. |

The Cityby jdannelsComment: I find the city scene in the background to be very good. I just don't care for the choice of foreground subject. I find few things less appealing than man-made wavebreaks along the coast. I also find the antenna in the upper right to look out of place. But, I suppose that's just personal preference. I think you're on to something with that city view background. I'd try it again with a more interesting foreground subject. |

Lost in the danceby ladyComment: I this is a wonderful idea...the dark skin, exposed back, red dress. It looks like it could be a painting from the 20s or 30s...except for the ceiling fan. The ceiling fan bugs me. The way her face exposed is also a little creepy...looks like a skull. I would give that another shot...I think you're on to something fantastic. |

Dusk on the Rocksby bendobbComment: I'm interested to know more about this picture. It looks like a large, calm water body with a hazy fog just above the water, but suspect it isn't. Did the long exposure blur out the rough water and make it appear like haze? Wonderful photo. |

Got Milk?by vikasComment: Interesting colors. I wonder if there was any way you could have accented the woman's hands. There's alot of character in those hands. |
