Very nice capture of expression. I'm not sure that sepia was a good choice for this image. What I'm guessing is face painting on the child's face appears almost like bad skin blemishes because it appears simply as white and dark splotched areas. In colour, the joy of the child's expression would have been complemented by the bright colours of the face paint.
