Very nice portrait and clever and apt title: Problem: The black areas of the fan merge into the model's black dress and the result is that we can't see where the fan begins and ends, unfortunately.

Very sweet portrait of the little girl and the sepia works very well on the portrait. Unfortunately, however, the very busy background and the very light area at the top right of the frame are very distracting. With a simpler, less obtrusive background, this image could have done very well. The background as is really sabotages the image.

Very cute picture of the bird. I'm a bit bothered, though, by the slightly artificial looking colour of the grass. Also, I think the image would be stronger if you cropped off at least part of the OOF grass at the bottom of the frame.
