I like your composition and close cropping of the crawfish.
The color contrast is also very nice.
I personally would of liked a bit more focus/clarity on the head...perhaps shooting more from an upward angle.

These are such tough shots to get. I am actually amazed at the focus being as good as it is and the sign certainly stands out. My questions would be: by adding something besides a black border would it have brought the nice orange out in the sky and secondly could it have been improved with something other than ISO100? I too love to shoot at 100 and 200...nonetheless, I am sometimes forced into shooting at higher ISO's. Hope this helps. Thanks for posting.

Very interesting photo. I like the halo around the candles; however, i would of made the one that appears to be leaning, straight. Secondly, the line from the mirror on the left side is somewhat distracting. I don't know if you could of repositioned your shot to eliminate that mirror line or not. I believe the hardest part in photography is learning to see through the viewfinder. I think the softness of the photo lends to the candlight.
