Great focus and nice details in the portrait of a pirate -nice catch-light on the one visible eye too. A good shot but there are elements that could make this an even better shot and visually stronger. First, I think the tones a touch flat - a bump in the contrasts to make the difference in the shadows and highlight tones more dynamic. The other suggestion I have is that he doesn't seem too expressive - a scoundralous (hmm, not a word but you get the gist) smile, a snarl, or narrowed angry eye(s) would project some interesting personality to capture and hold the viewer's attention.

Cool idea. The pirate's face looks a little "muddy" but with a little more Photoshop it could be more vibrant. Nice shot tho

Seems as if you were going for a darker scene but I think just a tad more brightness could have helped this shot. Very nice concept and good execution though.

Nice idea. Like the action created with movement of ball creating anticipation. Would have cropped the top to above table to have hand and part of arm in. Currently attention away from the important part of the pic. Eye should just alternate between white ball and triangle with movement of the ball as the leading line to play in between. Tere's lots more potential to this shot 6
