This is a wonderful shot, great idea, my only wish is for more of the rope to be in focus

Comment by signal2noise:
This is a truly stunning and dramatic image. The motion of the dance invokes a most violent first impression and the contrast between the red and white certainly add to a battle of evil vs. good - and this shot - evil as the aggressor. The subjects are perfectly framed and the reflection in the stage floor grounds this "battle" making the participants more human than ghostly. The motions of the two subjects also gives them an almost unreal size and defines and accentuates their very womanly curves in a "Reubenesque". The deep black background places them in a wonderfully intimate setting as to say this is just between the two of us. Beautiful and brilliant.

The only buckeyes I know of are chocolate. I'm wondering what this is. I like the lighting, but would have only had the one in the foreground, not the one in the background.

Nice image - Like the soft lighting and unusual subject - Maybe a slightly shallower depth of field may have made her pop a little more.
