6 Stringsby LindseyJeanComment by andrewt: Was supposed to leave you a comment after the challenge, almost forgot.
The image has a nice persepective which is always a good start. Composition is also good.
The improvement areas (potential)
- The highlights are overblown , would recomment a different background (prob a darker one)
A darker one will also help contrast against the gutar strings.
- Your point of focus is just not crip enough
- also the subject that you choose to photograph also needs to have more contrasting colors.
One other thing , IMO , the shot needs to be a little more symmetrical. This is my opinon only.. Andrew |

Day 4by LindseyJeanComment by NikonJeb: Learning how to do this seems to take a TON of practice. I've some that have worked okay, and others, well.....
The lamp is a little harsh, but the red interior and the green of the foliage is getting there. Keep practicing..... |

Day 4by LindseyJeanComment by em3: I haven't tried any HDR yet myself but I think you've done a great job! |

Day 4by LindseyJeanComment by dtremain: The front parking light got a bit enthusiastic, eh? Other than that, you can see the more intense colors and detail in the trees, road, and car. I've seen some beautiful HDR, but my results are less than ideal. Smile.

Day 2by LindseyJeanComment by dtremain: Too many focal points - what is your subject, the white whiskers on the sides of the flowers?, the flowers themselves?, the car? The blown out sky also works against this shot.
I love your juxtaposition of the gray (car, drive) and the purple (flowers). |
