The contrast between the water and rusty deck feels out of place. The foreground is also out of focus which is a bit distracting.

Very nice use of deeply shadowed under bridge to provide contrast for focused area of chain. diffused reflection in water is also nice in locating chain. I would crop the bottom at the tip of the tree and remove one little spot of light under the bridge. The exposure could be reduced just a tad.

Less of the real light area at the top and less of the out of focus link in the foreground might draw the eye quicker to the nice detail in the center.
