Excellent. Lighting is great, the eyes (catch lights and all) are wonderful, and the girl is adorable. I love the comp with the black background all to one side.

Very calm and serene. I like the colors. The one thing that would have really made this shot better would have been if the dock actually led to the sun. Even though there is a leading line, the line leads me away from the sun; the brightness off to the side of the end of your line is what brings my eye to the sunset / sunrise. Aside from that, nice use of the rule of thirds.

I wish the product were in focus to make this a really great shot. The setup is good, the lighting is good...I'd increase the DOF, though.
