heaps of really good shots get 1's .. there are obviously some ppl out there who are having a bad day .. bad week .. bad year .. bad LIFE .. !! .. so they take it out on other ppl ..
there were suggetions quite a while ago that if someone gave either a 1 or 2 then they had to make a comment .. it didnt take ..
i got 2x1's .. 1x2 .. 2x3's .. 1x4 .. but i expect the low votes coz a lot of ppl dont like insects .. the fact that that constitutes a biased vote is neither here nor there really . we cant help voting what we like and dont like . but i honestly feel if ppl are afraid of insects or dont like them one little bit then they shouldnt vote on them ..
anyway .. i'm very surprised that this didnt do a whole lot better .. its a brilliant shot ... :)

You have a very dramatic scene here with pretty boring light. her face is fine, with some nice modeling, but the brightness and hard shadows on her hip pull the eye off the frame, and whatever that is in the background isnt helping. With moody mysterious light to match the subject this would have been very nice.
