The specular highlights on the water are very distrating and take the eye off the main subject. The duck could do with being sharper as well. A shot much lower to the ground would bring a lot more distance into the frame giving the duck good focus against background blur

Ducky is getting lost against the background of the water. Nice capture but appears to be some blur in the head especially.
