I've been looking at this shot several times now and I'm still trying to figure out what to write. It's taken from an interesting angle, but there's not much else to it. I'm not saying that it's a bad picture, not at all, but there are a few things that could be better.

My fist thought about it was that the sky seems to be a bit blown out, not a single detail and some bits of the flower are missing.

I like the colour, and how you can see the veins in the leaves, makes it all a bit more interesting.

A 5 from me!

if your sun was not so very harsh in this it might have worked...but to me the blown sky in the BG really distracts from this picture

I remember this comical little thing. There's a lack of luster in this image though. Maybe a black background and some directed light would enhance the image better.
