Getting all the rings and still having the coot in focus and the main focus is a difficult task here. The water color is spot on, wish I could see a little more detail in the coot though.

Interesting take on this one. I see you've gone for the mysterious "nothing is in focus" effect, I really get a sense for the chaos of an intense winter storm. I also really enjoy the "revenge of the motorist" motif you've applied here; by reducing the cyclist to lowly pedestrianism, you illustrate the superiority of the automobile. You know, the lack of detail and motion blurring gives this a very painting like quality that I find lacking in so many photographs today. A stroke of pure genius, 10.
