The diagonal of the main object in this image is a disturbing. The colors are very well displayed and they also allow the object to take on a sad sort of look of despair. Good job.

Perhaps it's because I'm male, but a toilet, regardless of condition, doesn't represent despair for me. It's more likely to repesent a sense of relief!

I like the harsh nature of the lighting, and the angle does make it a more dramatic picture.

At first, this looked a bit ho-hum, but the more I gaze upon it, the more striking it appears to me. The sun is more yellow than most suns in this challenge, so challenge met. The nearly total lack of sun flares is impressive! The silhouetted person is interesting (a bit hard to see, but I think that adds to the mystery). The far background isn't great, but could I ask you to mow down these buildings? I don't think so. Score upgrade from 5 to 7. Swash
