I love this. You caught it at precisely the perfect instant with it's wings flapping. I like that it's centered, it gives importance to such a tiny subject and immediately draws viewers to it.

I dont see much wrong this this image at all. To achieve anything however it needs some post capture editing. Just boost the white slider in the levels option until that sky disappears and turns to white, then i would crop around the bird hard on the right, and leave the bottom four lines and top line in the picture. Probly crop it as far left as you want. Also i would boost the hue slightly to bring out the soft brown/red colours on the birds neck and breast.

This would be a fun one to title. ;^)

Good catch on seeing this and capturing it with your camera. Technically, some might frown a bit on the ladybug being centered in your composition, but I don't see a good way to change the layout that wouldn't impact the lines of this image in a negative way.
