There's one subject in this picture and it's the model's face. While that's generously exposed, I think overexposed would be stretching it. So, ok shot, wrong challenge.

Great lighting, great subject with a great expression, but it's alittle too soft around her cheeks and neck - especially on her left side. I would have liked to see her whole head, sharper eyes, and the backlight raised a tad bit.

A really nice photo though.

Perfect example of the debate over "color". After all the noise and BS there is still a great photograph to enjoy. The B&W flavor is prevalent without being exclusive. The color is necessary. Nice job.
