The composition of the flowers and water drops is beautiful. It's unfortunate that the blown yellows took away the detail in the petals. The colors are very nice. Finally, for me the image would be better if it were cropped to remove the edges of the water container, so only the flowers and the blue parts were visible. Hope you don't mind my input here. I really do think it's a nice composition.

Great colour choice, strong blue/ yellow contrast and complimentary colours. I'd like to chop off about half an inch at the top, just to tighten the composition a bit (removing the edges of the bowl) but that would need the top flower to be brought down a bit/ removed too

the tilt and coloring do not help this. i'm scoring it a 6 just because you went out in the cold. would probably have scored it higher if the image made me feel you had stayed out a bit longer to try and make a more interesting image.
