I like the composition but I'd suggest using a larger aperture to limit the DOF. The background distracts from the main subject of the grill.

Everything behind the top, windshield, hood and ornament of your subject car ruins the mood. You would have served this piece well if you had draped a background tarp behind the Rolls for the shot. You had a very good idea.
