OK, this is awesome. What a great subject, such beautiful colouring that gaurantees huge impact. I think you have to miss out on the perfect 10 simply because the off-square verticals are not arty enough for you to get away with. As a result it looks like sloppy post-p - which it may not be at all. Notmally a dead-centred composition doesn't work, but I tink the equal balance of stark yellow and stark blue lets you get away with it. - 9

Didn't like the use of halves. Half yellow and half blue. I also think that the palm tree in the background didn't take up enough of the composition. Maybe a crop to show more of the tree would have made the image better.

Great use of a natural color fore/background. Because of the lines in the tile, it is distracting that they are not level. But besides that....great minimalism and contrast...and take on the challenge. -- 7 --
