As soon as you've finished there, you will want to go to your computer and download Neat Image. //www.neatimage.com. And get some photographic lights. And a digital camera. Really, the amount of banding in this photo makes me wonder whether it was scanned from a badly done digital print. Most of the photo is out of focus, a remarkable feat considering that the required depth of field be not four inches, and this is not a Macro shot.

to me this is a poor photo, there are streaks through it and discoloration its not very apealing and the frame does not help. sorry.
