Ready to batby trunkiComment by DianaB: Giving this an 8 ...might bump higher after finished voting on the rest. Don't know what makes this such a nice photo. Good use of rule of 3rds? Or Triangles? Maybe you could tell me. (Sorry, still learning about all that stuff). Whatever - there's something very appealing about this photograph. Perhaps it's the colours and shapes in it - and yes, it still has team sport action as its theme - but seems to be very artistically captured within that theme.
........Kept the score of 8 on it. Just wondering if the image might look even better with some sort of brighter lighting - in some way? |

These last few weeks have been upsetting though...Anyways I like the photo...if you qould have placed the circle on the bottom left intersection according to the ROT, it would have been stronger compositionally. Good shot from the mezzanine green it looks like. |

At that distance you're not going to get a tight shot, so you did well to work with what you had and come out with a nice shot. One thing - it's very dark. Using auto-levels or contrast should bump up the colours nicely producing a more vibrant shot. Good effort. |
