Initally, because I favor nautical subject, I like this. But then I am disappointed that the tops are cut off and the picture seems a bit grainy... great capture of mirror image.

The composition of this photo is nice, but here are the problems I have with it. The highlights are blown out, and there appears to be some damage to the quality from compression. Was this cropped from a larger photograph? It might have looked better sized down a bit. The colour also feels a tad cool, but overall this would have been a much better photograph had the lighting been more ideal, and had the noise/pixelation been eliminated or minimized. Maybe try retaking this at another time of day :)
