I like your lines - leading off to the right and then back in with the fence - the center, though is sorta lacking in interest - looks like all the interestng stuff is over there to the right where I can't quite see. That fence is far more visually intrigueing than the over exposed trees - what is it that you wanted me to see here?

You have the framing but I'm not sure what your subject is here...the tree in the middle or the fence itself. May have been better using the fence on the right as the subject between the rails.
