Blackspruce Sunsetby mrbobswondersComment by drgsoell: Parts of the shot look oversaturated (the cones) while some look just right (green leaves) and some look too bright (light leaves). I like the contrast on the cones as it brings out their texture nicely. |

Blackspruce Sunsetby mrbobswondersComment by e301: Great tones here. Sufficient space for the eye to wander through the frame, and never loses the attention. Even with what appears to be quite direct lighting, your contrast work and colour has presented a great feel of these things. |

Blackspruce Sunsetby mrbobswondersComment by Dave Gordon: The sunset gives a nice, warm color as well as bringing out the texture. I like the edges of the petals as a frame, except the one on the right that is out of focus and too far into the picture. |

- I would have prefered a slightly darker image; especially the lower part of the photo is a little too light for my liking.
