	Queen of Pastels by Machtel Comment by dbosse: Lovely cat, great focus and detail... the blue blanket and especially the colored boa are distracting... I would rather have just the cat and the nice pastel background. The focus on the main plain of the cats face and whiskers is GREAT.

	Queen of Pastels by Machtel Comment by CNovack: Absolutely great lighting and lovely details. Love the colors and everything about the composition from hue to texture speaks and feels "soft" . Very well done - I expect to see this in the top 5.

	Queen of Pastels by Machtel Comment by cgino: Gorgeous cat and photograph! Personally I would have cloned out the eye schmutz (isn't that possible in advanced editing?), but heh, that's just me. And maybe rules don't allow...Anyway this is one of my top picks!

	Queen of Pastels by Machtel Comment by giantmike: She looks a bit pissed off, although this is a fun photo. I seem to see some very sharp noise in the background. I'm wondering if maybe there was noise and then sharpening actions really make it stand out.
