Disneyland?by rurikkarlComment by RayEthier: Actually no... it's the Neuschwanstein Castle in Schwangau Germany. I am trying to figure out what vantage point you had to take this image since it does not look like you were standing on the "passerelle" at the rear of the castle. Nice to see that the scaffolding is finally down. I am looking forward to visiting this location again in 2013.
Great image and I wish you the very best of luck in the challenge. |

Disneyland?by rurikkarlComment by Chandi: Wow! I don't know where this is, but this is what I imagine Romania to be like.. :) Castle on a hill with wonderful country around... The teeny tiny road leading up into the hills, the village in the far distance, on the shore of a lake snaking in the background, the wonderful clouds pattern in the sky - so many elements to enjoy! |

Disneyland?by rurikkarlComment by HarveyG: Nope, Ol' Walt stole from the Europeans. Swiss? Or Germans. Have to do a CSI image analysis on your castle :) Nice work. Lovely sky and composition. |

Pretty in pinkby rurikkarlComment by bobnospum: Nice lighting. I think a crop to just the top 2/3 is a much more powerful image. The angle and light on her hips and legs is not flattering. |
