Good representation of contre-jour as the light source is clearly visible. There appears to be a severe tilt to the horizon that detracts. I think the different lighting available shows different degrees of warmth. The street light is a very blue light and really contrasts badly with the warm incandesent lighting on the houses. You did a great job of exposing the tree where the branches add some great texture to this photo.

Great colours and lighting, sat is good too. That skull in the front just spoils it and is eery. I would have put it at the back or removed it before shooting and left the other one at back.
