Scarby suebg1Comment by CNovack: Wow, the B&W processing really calls up the dramatic differance in the light and dark shades in the lion's main. The B&W really draws our attention in to focus on this capture of the lion. Love the swaying weeds in the savanna that create a nice backdrop. While a good shot I think that a closer crop would make the composition even stronger. A crop closer to just include the head and neck would bring us closer to the majestic beauty of this lion. I think having the body with partial chest and partial leg visible only makes the photo feel chopped and incomplete. Play up the strengths you have with the strong detail and dynamic details of a head portrait of the lion. |
